Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Pepperoni Booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.
Language
These Terms of Service are provided in English only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. Any translations are provided for convenience only and do not modify the English language version.
User Eligibility
By using Pepperoni Booking, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
If acting on behalf of a business, you have the authority to bind that business to these terms
You will use the service only for lawful business purposes
The information you provide is accurate and complete
Business Use Only: This platform is designed for business-to-business use by studio owners and operators. It is not intended for consumer or personal use.
Beta Program Terms
Beta Notice: Pepperoni Booking is currently in beta development. Features may change, and the service is provided as-is for testing and feedback purposes.
Beta Access
Access to the beta program is by invitation only and may be revoked at any time.
Feedback
Beta participants agree to provide feedback to help improve the platform.
No Guarantees
Beta features may be modified or removed without notice as we develop the platform.
Feedback and Suggestions
Ownership of Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions you provide about the platform ("Feedback") shall become the sole property of Pepperoni Booking. You hereby assign all rights, title, and interest in and to such Feedback to Pepperoni Booking.
To the extent any such assignment is not legally effective, you grant Pepperoni Booking a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Feedback.
No Compensation: You agree that you will not receive any compensation for Feedback, even if we incorporate your suggestions into our products or services.
Account Termination
We May Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons may include:

- • Conduct harmful to users or platform
- • Law enforcement requests
- • Extended inactivity
- • Technical or security issues
You May Terminate
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:
- • Your access will be revoked
- • Data retained for 30 days, then deleted
- • You may request data export first
Service Modifications
Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. This includes adding, changing, or removing features, changing service limitations, modifying the user interface, and updating technical requirements.
Right to Discontinue: We may discontinue the entire service at any time. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable notice (when possible) and allow you to export your data before service termination.
No Liability: We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Enforcement: Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and claims for damages including attorney fees.

Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution First
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Individual Claims Only
You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
Exceptions: This does not apply to intellectual property disputes or claims for injunctive relief where individual resolution would be inadequate.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Pepperoni Booking.
