How the trial works

Pepperoni Booking isn't instant signup — every application is reviewed personally by the founder before access opens. That's deliberate: it keeps the early cohort small and real. Here's exactly what to expect, from application to a fully set-up studio.

Step by step

From application to a bookable studio.

There's no instant account creation — every studio is reviewed before access opens. Here's what happens at each stage, so nothing is a surprise.

  1. Step 1

    Apply with your email

Start with a single email field — no long form up front. You'll get a verification link, then a short account setup: password, your name, your studio name. A few optional questions about your studio help us review faster, but you can skip them and finish later.

Your application is submitted. Nothing is live yet — your account is pending review.

  2. Step 2

The founder reviews your application personally

Daishin Murooka — who also runs Larry's School of Ballet — reviews every application himself, the same way he'd evaluate any real studio. We're not able to commit to a fixed review time, since it depends on founder availability, but we respond personally to every application.

You'll hear back by email, either way — approved, or a note on what didn't fit.

  3. Step 3

    Approval and your first login

Once approved, your workspace is provisioned and you receive a welcome email with everything you need to log in. This is when the 21-day trial clock starts — not from the moment you applied.

You're in. No credit card was ever asked for, and none is required to explore the product.

  4. Step 4

A guided setup checklist walks you through the basics

Your dashboard shows a short checklist: add your studio, add a teacher, create a class, set your weekly schedule. Each step is optional to skip if you're not ready — there's a working example you can look at instead of setting up your own data first.

Once all four steps are done, your studio has a live, bookable schedule.

  5. Step 5

    Share your booking page

As soon as setup is complete, your dashboard shows your studio's own booking link — ready to copy and share with clients however you already reach them: Instagram, email, your website, a text message.

Your first real booking can come in the same day setup finishes.

What setup actually looks like

Four steps, and you can skip any of them for now.

This is the exact checklist that appears in your dashboard once you're approved — a self-serve checklist, not a scheduled call. You do it at your own pace, inside the product.

1

Create your studio

Studio name, address, and capacity. This is the location your classes belong to.

2

Add your first teacher

Add yourself, or add an instructor with their name, email, and phone.

3

Set up a class

Name, duration, and price. Suggested class types are pre-filled based on your studio type.

4

Create your weekly schedule

Choose when your class runs each week — this is what makes your studio actually bookable.

There's no required order and no deadline. Do one step now and the rest later — the checklist stays in your dashboard until you're done.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about Pepperoni Booking

Every application is reviewed personally before access opens — there's no instant self-serve signup. This is deliberate: it keeps the early cohort small and lets the founder actually look at each studio applying. You'll hear back by email either way.
We can't commit to a fixed turnaround, since review depends on founder availability rather than an automated queue. What we can promise is a personal response to every application, not a form-letter delay.
No. The 21-day trial requires no card on file. If you decide not to continue, there's nothing to cancel and nothing that was ever charged.
You'll get an email explaining what didn't fit. Applications aren't rejected arbitrarily — it's usually a legitimacy check (a resolvable studio URL, a real business email) rather than a judgment on whether your studio is "good enough."
A short in-product checklist: your studio, a teacher, a class, and your weekly schedule. Each step can be skipped for now — there's no deadline, and a working example is available if you want to look around before entering your own data.
From approval and your first login — not from when you submitted the application. Time spent waiting for review doesn't count against your trial.
