If You Run a Real Studio, You're Fine
The Booking + Payments plan includes unlimited bookings for normal studio operations. This fair use policy exists to protect the platform from edge cases like automated scripts, API abuse, or reselling capacity â not from busy studios. If you're booking real clients into real classes, you have nothing to worry about.
What "Unlimited" Means
Real Clients
All bookings made by actual people attending your classes
Any Class Format
Group classes, privates, workshops, trials â all count the same
Any Volume
Seasonal peaks, waitlists filling, membership renewals â no surprises
In short: if a human client books a class at your studio, it's included. No caps, no overage charges, no month-end surprises.
What Falls Outside Fair Use
The following usage patterns are not considered normal studio operations and are subject to review:
Automated or Scripted Booking
Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate bookings that don't represent real client intent.
Reselling Platform Capacity
Using the platform as infrastructure to offer a booking service to other studios or third parties.
Artificial Volume
Patterns that generate unusually high booking volume relative to actual class attendance â for example, booking and immediately cancelling at scale.
API Abuse
Sending requests at a rate that degrades service for other studios on the platform.
How We Handle Issues
We reach out first
If we detect unusual usage, we contact you directly before taking any action. Most cases turn out to be accidental or misunderstood.
We work with you to fix it
We'll give you time to address the issue and work together on a solution. We have no interest in punishing studios for genuine mistakes.
Restrictions as a last resort
Account restrictions or plan changes are a last resort, only after repeated contact and no resolution. We'll always give notice and explain the reason.
Examples of Normal Studio Usage
A Pilates studio with 50 clients and 200 bookings per month
A yoga school with 10 weekly classes and full waitlists
A ballet studio running trials, group classes, and memberships
A Gyrotonic studio with seasonal peaks in January and September
A studio with automated weekly enrollment for subscription members
A multi-teacher studio where instructors have separate class schedules
Growing Beyond a Single Studio?
The Booking + Payments plan is designed for independent studios and small teams. If you're operating multiple locations, running a franchise, or building a booking service on top of our platform, our upcoming Autopilot plan is a better fit.
